My wife and I had afternoon tea here for mothers day. A lovely venue in the countryside. The scones were particularly good!

Restaurant was freezing cold, admittedly it was 0 degrees outside. We all had cold feetFood & drinks: Food was average and below par for the price. Tasting menu was disappointing. 50% was ok. 50% was below expectations. Either tasting well or lukewarm

We went for the festive afternoon tea and it was the best we've ever had. The food was amazing and worth the price. The staff were really friendly and in a lovely setting - you can see why they win all the awards they do. Our only small grumble is the driveway - I've never seen so many potholes! But well worth the bumpy journey to get there.

Realy worth a stay or just a meal. Rooms and food are good value for money. Take it easy around the final few road miles as some are very narrow. Lovely helpfull people work here in a smashing location.

Had afternoon tea at Frasers, and it was lovely. A beautiful place, in the middle of nowhere. Once you find it, it's a real treat. Staff were very friendly, and the food was sublime.

We spent 2 nights at the charming Pond Cottage at Frasers. The first thing I said when we walked in was, ?the online photos don?t do it justice!? It?s a luxurious and spacious self-catering space on one level (a small barn conversion) with its own garden area overlooking a pond. Very private, very quiet, absolutely restful. The sitting room and kitchen are in the middle of the property, with en-suite bedrooms each with their own tv on either end, which was lovely for us, having our tweenage son happily enjoying his own bedroom, tv and bathroom completely out of earshot of us at the other end in the spacious master suite. Frasers have successfully given cute cosy cottage vibes, along with space and luxury. Perfect for a country break. There are some stunning pubs nearby and we did a day trip to nearby Folkestone, which has undergone massive regeneration on the Harbour Arm and is crammed full of quirky charming little bars and restaurants as well as the beautiful Sunny Beach. You can also visit the 4x cinema in Ashford and experience being shaken about in your chair with water, wind and smell as you watch an action movie. Our son loved this. We?d love to return at some point when London again gets too much! Thanks in particular to Jo at Frasers, who was very patient with our ever-changing dates.

Attractive hotel, good location, very friendly staff, good food, excellent parking. But really much too expensive for all the faults:Shower leaking into bathroom (design fault); no hot water in shower (in any of the 4 rooms we booked); very slow service (20 mins to get a cup of coffee); rooms so light they provide eye masks so you can sleep; whiff of septic tank around reception area. Just not good enough given their London-level prices.

Stayed over night and found the room very comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner was extremely helpful and couldn't do more for us. The Brunch menu was lovely and we would definitely go back!

My wife and I just had our wedding here. Absolutely stunning place. The food is to die for (Thanks to Jamie the chef), Lisa (the owner) is extremely nice and the rest of the staff are so nice and friendly too. Anything you need, they will sort. I would highly recommend this place for weddings, parties, corporate events or just for something to eat. The rooms are beautiful too. The bridal suite especially. Frasers is off the beaten track but definitely worth a visit. We will be going back again and again.Rooms: Absolutely beautiful rooms.Walkability: In the countryside so there are plenty of places to explore.Food & drinks: Beautifully made and tastes great.

Wow! What can I say, this was honestly the best dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. My husband and I enjoy fine dining maybe 3 times a year for special occasions and our dinner at Frasers was exceptional. We went on a Wednesday evening and we were the only patrons in the entire restaurant all evening, meaning the chef was also our waiter and our barman. We had the 7 course taster menu and everything was perfection, I am still dreaming about the eggs benedict course! Everything on the plate comes from within 5 miles of the restaurant and you could really tell that the chef had such a love and passion for his food. Also, considering we were the only people there all night, we never once felt rushed or like we were being chased out, we stayed for almost 3 hours just having a chat with the chef for lots of it! Honestly a 10/10 experience, will definitely be going back!

Friendly greeting. Shown to our accommodation which was beautifully appointed. Dinner was excellent we had the tasting menu for a veggie and a carnivore. Spectacular food that delighted and surprised in equal measure.

Hi wanted to give you some feedback on our recent visit for afternoon tea, having visited/stayed in the past we chose your venue as we had such a pleasant stay. However todays was disappointing, just a few things on the level of service that let the experience down,Being that it was afternoon tea I was surprised that the only tea in offer was breakfast, I asked for chai but was told not available and then the waitress had on go on the hunt for some Earl grey,We had to ask for the veloute as that wasn?t served. We were served coffee in a very nice gold cafeteria, but had to ask for it to be cleaned down as it had jam smeared over it and a sticky handle. I noticed the waiter served a cocktail to another table and was carrying it not by the stem or on a tray but holding the rim with his fingers. The other off putting thing was going to the toilet and having to use a shared hand towel, which I didn?t use and had to shake my hands and wipe on my clothes.Overall I don?t think we will be returning to Fraser l, which is a shame as we loved our first visit.Table of 4 3pm Afternoon tea
