Friendly and honest staff, I used their tyre replacement service for a front tyre on my motorbike (loose wheel). Even though it was busy at the time, I was in there for around 15mins total (including parking up out the front). They were also the cheapest for the Michelin tyre I was after, in the local area.

Great service without no appointment. Went there for emergency help with 2 tyers with issues and they managed to get me straight in. I waited on site in the office and they got me back on the road within 20 minutes. Couldn't thank them enough.

I always used Watling tyres for replacing my tyres. The Gillingham branch, originally had been a residential house with garage. It was a small corner shop just selling & fitting tyres. Now, moved to a much larger site at the top of Canterbury St. Able to offer so much more. MOT, exhaust etc. John the manager makes me feel reassured that I get honest answers. I find all the staff are polite & helpful. Anyone whose knowledge is limited in how their car works ?, I would highly recommend this branch. I have had my car's MOT here, service's & other advisory work. I have never been told there was a fault with my car that wasn't true. Advice is free & prices are fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
