I've not used Toolstation Gillingham before but they had fence paint at a good price. Also needed a brass outside tap connector for a new hose pipe I'd purchased. A very helpful and polite guy, Blaine, served me & told me I could return the fitting if it didn''t fit. Unplanned extra purchases were work gloves & marker pens, for my son & a pump sprayer needed for the roof Plus Blaine carried the paint to my car. Great customer service. I recommend this store.

For whatever reason the Gillingham branch never send notifications that your items are delivered to store . The Rochester branch I receive them 100% of the time .

What's the point in having a click and collect queue for the people who have pre-reserved and paid for items for quick collection if you're going to ignore them and serve the main queue anyway for the people who are asking about items in stock.

The website states that they have engine flush in their stock. Driven all the way to the shop to collect it and surprise. They don?t have it

Visited Gillingham store yesterday and was very impressed with the service I received. Katie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about every item I needed. Staff are all nice and polite. Being someone new to DIY I left feeling confident enough to have a go, thanks to Katie.Well done and keep up the good work.Would 100% recommend

Poor customer service, shutters 8 tenths down and door locked waited 15 mins then a female assistant leaves premises for a cigarette, when asked is the store open she replies it closed as no internet, even though had a click and collect order , she just shrugged her shoulders and said well the shutters are down as if this was meant to be the we are closed sign.... do us all a favour and leave a note on the door stating you are closed as just about every other buisness had there shutters down and still trading, poor customer service
