Not very appealing due to full shelves of "half full" products and mess in the make-up, cream and perfume section. I really think if you can bring your items to be "proper looking" with tidy looks, I could go for 5?. I still go in and try to find something interesting from bits and pieces but although prices are high and some products really worth spending on, you have lots to grow. Seems more like a street market than an indoor shop.

my fav store ever!.. love shopping there as you can find amazing things in a very nice priced!... i love unusual thing and new in market which is really convenient priced!..you can shop clothes, home things,furniture, toys and more!... i live visiting TK Maxx stores at least once a month!!

just like any other tkmaxx, multiple floors and huge selection of clothes to pick from. staff are nice and the store is always pretty clean.

The management here are a poor, poor team. The cleanliness of the store is terrible (to no fault of the cleaners, they?re lovely and work hard. The whole ventilation system is probably spewing grossness that no one will fix). The staff are pushed to their limits and more each shift. The way they merchandise their products is confusing, I?ve witnessed car boot sales with far more organisation. Don?t work here if you want general day to day happiness, and don?t shop in the store for too long unless you want a headache, mild acne breakout, and dull taste in your mouth.

The staff here are super friendly and I enjoy coming to this Tk maxx branch. It's not big but there's enough there to find something you like. I always find something I like and cashiers are pleasant and never grumpy. The staff on the floor are super helpful too. Although there is not much staff upstairs in home sense. The staff upstairs are not so smiley. It's a good balance.

Parking is free at Hempstead valley so far.
