Above and beyond! Where others shy?d away Timpsons took on the challenge. Has a chipped van key that I needed repaired but didn?t have the part that chipped off, so they had to guess that part of the key. I knew the risks, and it was worth taking because they nailed it. Van key now works perfectly

Have had a problem with a broken Transit key that was odd in as much it didn't correspond with the information available. I spoke to Jay who couldn't have been more helpful. The result was a repair to get us going, meanwhile he's looking into the availability of the correct key.

Excellent customer service here! Really happy. I got a new vehicle key cut and made and the service was excellent. In fact, I ended up saving money here then going elsewhere as we were able to salvage an almost doomed car key. So very happy and based on this fact, I'm just about to return to get my new car keys cut.

I had an Audi key replaced today. Tricky to do but done brilliantly and great comms from the staff. Timpson just seem to have great staff all over and do a great job and at a fraction of the cost of Audi!

Staff member Jay at Hemstead Valley was so helpful. He went above and beyond when helping me today and I can't thank him enough. I tried a couple of different places before I ended up at that store and quite frankly until I got there noone could give a damn about diagnosing the issue I was having with a key. Thanks Jay you are an asset to the company and your customer service is exemplary.

My car key was broken and I called Hempstead Valley to see if it could be repaired. I spoke to Jay who didn't have the parts, but rang around other stores in the area to find one that could help me! He seemed very knowledgable and skilled, and called back to check that I got it fixed okay :)

They replaced my iPhone screen did a fantastic job and was cheaper than the other 2 mobile phone stalls they have in the centre. Would definitely recommend
