Tested aftershave in shop and spent over £100, only to be given the wrong box containing the wrong aftershave! This was less than 24 hours ago. Just went back to shop to exchange, served by the SAME woman who clearly remembered me and said nothing she can do without a receipt.
Typical man, threw receipt away straight after purchase (thinking why keep it as it?s aftershave) it was her error and she knows it but still wouldn?t exchange it. What a cop out! Won?t be using this shop again as they clearly aren?t trained in picking up the correct box!

To be totally honest this was the worst shopping experience I had ever hadSo did a click and collect order on line to pick up at this store items were delivered on the 3 of December all good so farI went to the shop to pick up the parcel on the 20th of December and I was told by the Manager that I took to long in picking up the order and she had sent it back to the Werehouse and I will get a refund for the itemsI was then asked if I would like to buy it for £30 more than the online price!I rung customer service in January chasing my refundThay got back to me saying that I had collected the item an photo ID was usedI was issued a refund on the 24 of JanuaryManger can't be trustedAnd I will be taking this further
