Actually like my local Tesco on Sturdy. Good staff. Security guard usually pleasant and welcoming. However new security guard, elderly guy, follows around store. I smile,as I am not the of the description of the usual offenders from this shop. Perhaps he has other prejudices.... what a shame.

Delivery?s from this store are shocking don?t deliver, call driver get a mouth full, call Tesco?s where there phone is permanently off the hook

I only go to this store if they don't have a particular item that I need in my nearby sainsbury store on gillingham road which has outstanding customer service from all staff including the security guards! Unfortunately at this tesco store it is quite the opposite. I only go here if I'm desperate! I wish the security staff could cheer up. The atmosphere in this store is not particulary good. The security guard has more of a club bouncer look. What a pity!

I go here pretty often since it?s down the road to my house this place is pretty nice but my only problem is the guard there is a brodda froma nodda modda he always scan da club card so I get discount

Always been a pretty dependable store
However my interaction this evening is the reason for my review?
If your staff are going to make rude comments about customers; at least wait for them to leave before saying them.
Was very deliberately in ear shot and very unprofessional. We all have our judgements, that doesn?t mean they need to be vocalised.

Pretty well stocked Tesco metro, fair bit of on street parking outside and around the corner but not always enough.Near ISH to a bus stop.Cash point regularly out of service and they don't do cash back either.
