In person asked Tesco pharmacy for a repeat on meds (4 weeks ago) and have heard nothing. Couldn't face the usual 20-30 minute queuing so rang 5 times and they hung up each time. Over the last 9 months when I do get my meds half of it is missing, so I have to go back again at another time, to queue again :-(

An older lady pharmacist served me and was so abrupt and rude! Imagine just asking for advice and getting told off! Went back to my doctors who then asked why the pharmacist would not give me this medication over the counter ?

This is an awful pharmacyYou are made to wait in line for ( in my case ) 25 minutes, only to be told I need to wait another 25 minutes. And this is NOT an isolated incident.My advice??. Avoid at all costs, go elsewhere.

I have to agree with the last two comments - this pharmacy has the worst customer sevice of any pharmacy I have been to. I went in there looking for two prescriptions which I made clear as the first thing I said to the pharmacist/assistant. When I came back 20 minutes later one prescription was ready and the person stated that I had only asked for one. So I was sent away again for 20 minutes and I was told this was a government requirement! When I came back I was told that one of the items wasn't available so I could take the two others but I couldn't get the prescription back to take somewhere else or I could take the whole thing back. I chose to take the prescription back and was told to wait another 10 minutes. At this point I lost patience and walked out, promising never to return. I am now changing pharmacy and would recommend everyone to avoid this Tesco pharmacy to save time as they will have to leave it at some point due to the level of incompetence.

Wow shocking customer service ! Put order in over a week ago. Then go to pick it up on way to work first thing in the morning to be told one of the products that I need is not in stock but can order it that day and to come back at the end of the day ( in other words not been ordered) so I did this as needed it to take it as I had run out , when I got there they told me that the wrong product had been ordered and as it was the weekend to come back on the Monday this being the Friday!

Guy wouldn?t say a word to me, knocked on the desk to get my attention, left my pills in a bag, placed receipt in bag, walked off, not a word was ever said to me throughout the whole transaction.
