Visited three times recently, was served by a very pleasant and helpful young lad( Robbie)who is always polite clean and extremely helpful..if anyone from subway reads this then hang onto this lad not your typical teenager,always goes above and beyond..great food good lad

Lots of salad choice but only one wholemeal option for the sub, I miss the 9 grain multi grain wheat, too much white bread still everywhere

I ordered Big Bombay from Justeat app yesterday. The Justeat app had issue that I couldn't select salad or sauce. I tried calling Subway Gillingham to mention the order number and to add the salad and sauce to my sub. They didn't pick the phone. I reached out to Justeat customer service about this issue and they are not owning up the problem. Worst experience with Subway Gillingham and with Justeat app.

Love a subway, always friendly staff behind the counter making sure your order is correct as it's being made.
There is no kiosks yet here and I hope it stays that way. Praying this company does not put them into this location because it spoils the experience of ordering a sub.
I hate kiosks, it's not kfc!!! Keep it this way whoever reads this!!

Got the garlic steak foot long, asked for no onion due to an allergy but it came with onion. Asked for toasted got cold untoasted, paid for gatorade got sent mt dew ...shame usually so much better than

I now order from this store, excellent food! Other subways in area would benefit from taking a leaf out of their book..Had wrap from other local Gillingham store and really no comparison in the high quality to this subway, I ll be ordering from here in future ?

i don?t normally share reviews but this gentleman deserves all the recognition! thank you so much thomas for making the last few visits enjoyable. thomas always has a smile on his face, is so polite and open to conversation which is refreshing, as someone who works in fast food i understand how stressful and overwhelming a job like this can be, i appreciate the time and care he puts into his work and how enthusiastic and optimistic he is :)
