“Gillingham Sports Direct is far superior to the Chatham branch.
Unlike the Chatham Store the Gillingham store isn’t cluttered and cramped, cramming way to many items in close proximity. This store has a much better layout and everything is easier to access.
The lighting is good too, everything is illuminated bright enough to browse.

Staff are always nice, friendly and polite.
Always someone at the till and you don’t normally have to queue for too long.

Product wise, cheap and great value, with a wide variety of items.
Using stairs to get out is a bit annoying but there is a lift if you need it.
Overall a nice store.

“Went in today and brought some trainers and got to be honest the chap called Jack sorted me out and was very knowledgeable. Had a bit of small talk with him about Adidas trainers which was nice customer service. He was the only member of staff in the store that wasn't messing about and looked to be working.”
