Gillingham Sports Direct is far superior to the Chatham branch.
Unlike the Chatham Store the Gillingham store isn?t cluttered and cramped, cramming way to many items in close proximity. This store has a much better layout and everything is easier to access.
The lighting is good too, everything is illuminated bright enough to browse.
Staff are always nice, friendly and polite.
Always someone at the till and you don?t normally have to queue for too long.
Product wise, cheap and great value, with a wide variety of items.
Using stairs to get out is a bit annoying but there is a lift if you need it.
Overall a nice store.

The store quote price with a price tag on when in a sale and yet the store try to charge you more than what is quoted. Ask to speak to who in charge and get them saying we charge what till says we can't charge what on the price rag which is ridiculous. Don't listen to customer when they speak about wrong price a d what on coat expecting you to pay

All your sporting needs are near enough met here and all at sensible prices. Wide range if footwear from golf shoes to rugby boots to sliders. Majority of staff really friendly and approachable. With plenty of parking outside this store really has got alot to offer.

Standard Sports Direct - dislike the sales pitch for their overpriced Bags for Life at checkout "Would you like to buy one of our reusable bags?".....they're all reusable, even the cheap ones!

Erlier when I visited tr it was a girl with great hospitality, today just I came out with a bad experience with a guy, whatever I ask to him just get the response as I don't know, I can't tell feels that he's just not happy with my visit tr. Dated 07.01.2022, and writing this review just came out from the shop
