I had a great experience at Specsavers. I was called in on time for my eye test, and the optometrist gave really helpful advice.
After that, I went to choose new glasses and the staff were amazing. I was struggling to find a pair that suited my face, but they were patient and helped me find the perfect one.
When I came back for my glasses fitting, I was helped by Joshua, who is currently in training. He was very polite, respectful, and professional throughout the appointment. The person training him was also really supportive and friendly.
Overall, everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. Thank you to the whole team ? especially Joshua!

Good experience, helpful staff, the only thing I was let down by was the cost, the 2nd free set of frames added up to an extra £140.00, other than that it was a fairly good experience.

Friendly and professional. Under no pressure to buy. Eye tests seem very thorough and unhurried. A little oasis of calm on a High Street which can seem pandemonious at times.
