Use this shop a lot. I post a lot of parcels here, and always top up the essentials while I'm there. Staff are usually nice and friendly too.

Bought a rechargeable nasty vape with replacement pods, unit was fully charged but main pod failed after 10 pulls, 1st replacement pod failed after 12 pulls, I had only purchased the item 25 minutes before however staff in the shop refused to refund or replace, apparently it is their company policy not to, & even though they are aware there is a potential batch issue that potentially causes harm to the public they are also unwilling to remove said batch for safety & further attention, apparently also they do not have weekend managers or oversight & have complete distrust for their customers, I returned the main unit & replacement pods one of which was unopened, which their till role & stock records will show as theirs, if they do it correctly, they do not have signs in store stating this policy exists & apparently it is in place for all of their stock, be aware if you are buying vape units or attachments from this store you are potentially buying faulty or out of date and defective stock, the store will not take responsibility & again will not advise you of this, & again even if they do get advised the batch is defective they won't remove it from sale just incase, as you can imagine I was not happy I did apologise if the person I was dealing with felt I was rude but as I said to her if they are going to take the policies they do & are willing to potentially put their customers in harms way, people should be made aware, as should trading standards if the intention is to sell faulty & potentially dangerous stock,, you'll now see a 2nd photo on my review of a supposed response from spa I've added it as on the day I gave my email to the representative of spa that I was dealing with, if my challenge had been recorded correctly they would already have it so that in itself was just another weird Spa experience, mor strangeness from this spa, be careful of pick pockets, I was leaving after paying this afternoon 06/07/25 I turned took half a step & someone was on me, I'm not fond of people being that close to me unnecessarily or touching me without my consent & this afternoon that's exactly what happened, suffice to say people normally only get that close when they're trying to scan your pin or pick your pocket, the out isle is positioned in the shop to give you room & only one till was open so no reason for this man to be so close to me, he said sorry so ok, but it was still creepy, & the guy behind me didn't enquire if I was ok but did him as if he knew him, I did stop walking as I hadn't even taken one step but refrained from talking, if there wasn't something nefarious occurring there was another reason that I'd rather not think however I do wish people would respect personal space I do not wish to be able to smell the person next to me in the queue or be touched by another man, creepy, very creepy, it's a shame there isn't another market closer, as the coop a few doors up isn't any better.

Spar shop with subway in it. You can?t just go straight to the till without going round the isles like your in the crystal maze. Staff were friendly though and reasonably priced.
