Recently brought a car with the help of Lawrence Ansell at SMC Ford Gillingham to which I have been using since I brought my second car. Lawrence was an absolute pleasure to work with, very clear when it came to communication and setting out plans etc. The thing I liked about him the most was he was very honest and really did get a feel to know me and what I wanted and always tried going that extra mile to make the deal more comfortable for me!
So massive thank you Lawrence hopefully our paths cross again sometime in the future!

Stuart Maskell head of servicing is brilliant. Would recommend anyone to look at their choice of cars. After sales service is really good too. The only thing that lets the place down is the women on the phones. Argumentative and make promises they don?t keep,

Brilliant customer service from the services desk and loved the video from the mechanic showing the service. All in all was very happy with the service and the work carried out on my car. I was also very happy with the courtesy car that they provided and the cost was too unreasonable except the fuel level was lower than I was expecting.

I've been dealing with Warren now for a few years and always found him a very nice person and enjoyable experience each time I have changed my vehicle over with him. I've just changed over my old puma st line x with the latest version st line x. I have to say I'm loving the new style and changes. I do however have a couple of minor concerns I noticed I have a spare wheel which I didn't ask for in the mega box compartment it seems pointless having a mega box if you can't use it. I was explained that the vehicle would have blind spot information system 360 deg camera angles assist which I don't have.
