The staff is rude and blindly following so-called ridiculous company policy. Far from understanding the customer?s needs and avoid to develop a solution for a basic issue. Just disappointing and never intend to buy anything again.

I have been going to this store for years and the staff here have always been helpful and friendly. The staff here at this store earn most of the five stars on this review. As usual for a Screwfix, useful opening hours and loads of stock, although I have noticed an awful lot more items are only available for next day delivery now rather just in stock.
