Awful,no staff,had my hearing dog for deaf people with me,big queue at checkout so used self checkout. My £4.50 in store voucher accepted with my nectar card but on getting my receipt no nectar card offers where showing.My bill was 11.50 overcharged,supervisor didn?t know what to do as IT issue, customer complaints was not staffed, advised to telephone head officer I?m deaf so can only email, which I have done, so in summary no staff no management and scammed of 11.50

I?ve been using this store for years.
I recommend putting a few trollies in store, as if you come up the escalator you have to walk outside the store to get a trolley.
I would have the Water in the earlier isles so you don?t have to move all your shopping so you don?t crush it later, with the Water.
Stop putting longer dated food under the nearly out of date food please, my shop would be a lot faster.
Put an alarm on the trolley to scare off the short old ladies that want me to get their entire shop off the top shelves for them?
Fix the escalator as it?s been broken twice in the last couple of months.
Have more checkouts available please, so no long queue?s.
Have more Nector offers.
Moaning over?
Food wise, everything I need is there.
Staff wise, people on the tills are very friendly and nice.
Parking is always easy.
Recommended.

Am definitely changing my original review. Said they were expensive and that Aldi were better.
Uh uh how wrong was I!!
Sainsbury's have definitely upped their game. Best for quality and pricing. Shelves are always well stocked and staff are really polite, friendly and helpful.
I ain't going anywhere else for my weekly shop...and that's a fact!

A large branch with a travel kiosk. Staff friendly. Internet connection can be poor if you need to use it. An Argos in store. A restaurant which I've never used.

I no longer use this store as it's hygiene practices are revolting... their car park is covered in birds poo which children walk through then I have seen tons of parents walk straight in the store and immediately stand their child in a trolley with fecal matter all over their shoes. more disgusting when you think the first thing you're putting in those trollies is fruit and veg on your shop.... when I asked an employee if that is against their hygiene policy she laughed and said "of course not". if they allow this can only imagine what their hygiene practices are like behind the scenes

It's ok,just another supermarket chain with over priced products hence less queues at the tills as compared to Tesco or Aldi.
