Terrible experience ever? bad customer service , bad job done! I went there to wax my brows the lady there took all my eyebrows out left me with no eyebrows? I wish I never went there today.

Absolutely shocking service, paid for eyebrows to be threaded and they?ve left loads of stray hairs, clumps of hair etc.The whole experience took less than a minute.
I couldn?t see properly what a shocking job, they?d done because my eyes were out of focus cos I?d taken my glasses off for the threading.
Also the whole beauty bar was chaos, stuff everywhere, dirty floors. The two members of staff that were working was also rude. Didn?t utter two words to me.
I only used here as the Threading wasn?t available in Superdrug?s.

Not great on this occasion. Very painful today, which it is not normally. The lady who did the treatment was on the phone throughout talking. Shame as generally ok.

Disappointed with service, staff came across very unprofessional, I was spoken to rudely.Jazz (Jessi) took 2 minutes to do the treatment - Must have been having a bad day- Would not recommend going to her unfortunately

I am very very disappointed with the appalling customer service I received from both Jazz and Dishi-chatham branch. I spent my hard earned money for a wax for my eyebrow and chin. Unfortunately my chin was not done properly. I went to inform Jazz and Dishi and they refused to do my wax again saying that my chin was only the middle part and walked off rudely. I have been doing my chin for over a year in the same bar and this has never happened before have been doing waxing every month for over a year and I feel belittled and in shock.Service: Waxing

I?ve used this Beaty bar many times for eyebrow threading, on this occasion I wanted full facial waxing. The wax was clearly too hot as I felt my face burning but thought the beautician knew what she was doing?how wrong was I! My face just ?burned? for the rest of the day and felt so uncomfortable. I couldn?t touch my face. I showered before bed and tried to shower my face with cool water but it was excruciatingly painful. I didn?t sleep well fir two nights as it was painful with my face in the pillow. My skin is peeling off now which means the wax was way too hot. I?m on day 5 atm and judging by the state of my skin, it?s going to be at least another 5 days before I look better. DO NOT GET WAXED AT THIS PLACE!!Service: Waxing
