Unprofessional, racist behavior. I booked an appointment and was 15 mins late due to traffic issues, she didn?t even let me sit straight away told me to come tomorrow or after 2pm! I explained that I?ve travelled so far to get a haircut done. No compassion,no empathy no respect at all. Not sure whether I don?t look British enough or for my asian skin why she treated me like this!! No one deserves this kind of behavior.Very shocking treatmentAt least she could offer me to sit or wait ..utterly disappointed.Please, at least be kind to people it doesn?t cost a penny!

Jess was very patient with my reluctant 4 year old who turned out to be very pleased with his haircut. Jess is the only person my 17 year old trusts to touch his hair. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Rage hairdressers and was impressed with the quality of service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the salon had a great atmosphere. My stylist Jess, was attentive and listened to my needs, and I was pleased with the final result. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend Rage hairdressers to anyone looking for a great salon experience.

I have been going to Rage regularly for over 12 years. I regularly have my hair cut and coloured.As I have had nightmare experiences with other hairdressers in the past, its fair to say that when I first went there, I would rather have gone to the dentist that a hairdresser! Not any more. Jess does my hair and has changed that. I feel a lot more confident and happy about my trips to Rage. As things stand, I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.Jess also does what you ask her to, even down to to only taking an inch off when that's what is asked for. My friends who use other hairdressers tell me that's still rare.As I also have a sensitive scalp, there is a limit to what can be used on my hair. Jess is really good at using only products that don't cause me issues. I am probably a nightmare customer, but I appreciate her knowledge, skills and at times patience with me!The salon is always clean and I have always found Jess and Kelly friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is usually conversation and laughter on a variety of topics, which I enjoy. Having said that, if you want to sit there quietly, you can.Their prices are reasonable and I am always happy with my hair when I leave. Their advice always make sense. All in all, happily for me, exactly what I need and have come to expect from a trip to my hairdresser.Over the years, Jess has also gone above and beyond for me, which I also really appreciate. On one occasion, she even came in on her day off to do my hair, ahead of a family funeral. I cant think of any other hairdressers that would have done that.So thank you Rage. Keep up the good work!

Rage is the only hairdresser I would use when in the area. The customer service is second to none, and as soon as you walk through the door you feel very welcome. My cuts and colours have always been perfect and I always walk away happy thanks to Jess and her team.
