Has the look and feel of a busy hotel. Not pristine but pretty well kept. The staff are first class, not come across a rude or unhelpful one yet.

Visited last week with my family. The hotel was spotless, there was loads of staff available to assist. Val on the middle floor helped my mum to the lift with her bags. Later on, Val helped us with directions to Dockside shopping centre. I appreciate the help given. Amazing hotel!

Free wifi occasionally doesn?t work and when it does it is extremely slow (1 mbps). Other than that I was happy with the stay.

Staying at Premier Inn quite frequently due to work. Tetiana is a credit to Premier Inn, she's lovely, very friendly and kind. Always conversates with everyone and always approachable providing an amazing customer service!Definitely deserves a raise!!Very grateful for the help from all members of staff whenever needed.

We decided to have a quick lunch there and use the Rapid DC Charger they had in the carpark. Food was good but we were only looking for a quick bite. DC charging went well and we charged to 100% over 60 mins while we ate.Nearby activities: Available DC charging in the carpark.
