Worst pizza delivery around Medway.They just can't deliver and can't pick up ctall .This is the 2nd time and I am not sure if they are serving for free Now I have chased their call centre to let them know for refund . Never from here.

Lupa or Luftna sorry (if I got it wrong) was such a great help. I initially made an order online, and upon delivery, I was quite disappointed in the pizza I got. I rang the store and this lady was so helpful. She spoke to me in a nice manner and apologised. She also made sure another pizza was sent to us. Thank you so much. My children are happy and enjoyed to the fullest.

First time ever ordering from Pizza Hut. Decided to order instead of Papa Johns because of the option to pay extra for Chilli flakes.1. No Chilli flakes on the pizza2. Wrong dip delivered3. Seal on the pizza box was broken on delivery4. The garlic bread cold and dry, despite a quick delivery5. Pizza was very bland, didn't taste or smell that nice, added my own toppings to add flavour.Disappointed, wont be returning.

Mate, this place is a joke. I stood there in store for about 10 mins, see about 3 ppl walk past as i called hello to them, ignored the hell out of me so i left. Will not be using this place ever ever again. Same as dockside pizza hut. Finished dealing with these ppl completely !!!

Have used this delivery branch for years. Bit hit and miss in the past but more miss lately. Latest order was delivered by an attitudey young man who said satnav took him to wrong address, wandering around at a snail's pace with my food not even in a bag. Cold food, bashed up box and a side order of disrespect. Won't be using anymore.

Very poor, been using Rainham pizza hut for years and the latest time was very poor and the last time we will be using.Waiting nearly 1 and half hours for pizza to be delivered, phone the branch to be told its not even in the oven yet.I drove down to the branch to collect, even then had to wait another 20 minutes.Got home, pizzas was hot but just slapped together, mega thin base so all the toppings was just falling off.We asked for a refund but all pizza hut want to do is offer you vouchers.I even paid for delivery. LolVery bad experience and you know what you can do with your vouchers.Please read this and go elsewhere.
