After having received excellent service a few months ago for myself, I took my Mum to Patrick Duff recently, where she was seen by Mr. Marshall. Everyone was very professional, friendly and efficient. We left the optician's at around 4.30pm and a hospital referral was sent through to Maidstone hospital immediately. Mum received a call from the hospital at lunchtime the next day. We have great faith in Mr. Marshall : his investigations were very thorough (on both visits), and we feel that he really knows what he is doing. The reception staff are also excellent. Thank you.

I passed by today on the off chance of a eye test. I spoke to a employee of John High regarding my eye sight issues. i was clearly wearing my mask exemption lanyard, I even disclosed the reasons for my exemption. Three broken noses, two nose operations and 10 years of chronic sinusitis.The appointment was booked and confirmed by email, approximately 10 minutes prior to my appointment I was contacted and advised, by the same gentlemen, that I would have to wear a mask.I stated that I was not prepared to wear a mask as I have problems breathing - hence the lanyard! I requested confirmation of the person making this decision and I was advised that this information would be emailed to me immediately.I have received no email - I wonder why?Discrimination of any kind, towards any person and for whatever reason is disgraceful, reprehensible and unprofessional behaviour.
