Not many options for redelivery, could have left it by the bins , but there was no option had to drive over an hour each way to the depot to collect a small parcel

Utterly hopeless. Twice I have waited in for delivery and twice the courier has lied. In future I will not purchase from ANY company using Parcelforce, they are a disgrace

If I could give 0 stars I would. Why have an app where I can state my safe place, for your driver to ignore it anyway and just return my parcel to the depot? I paid extra for your awful service, and I I don't even get a phone call from the driver, a message, a card, nothing. Just returned to depot. I don't think I've ever had a decent service from this company. Don't bother using them, just spend more and go else where. Your time is worth more.

Shambles of a company first driver would leave in safe place and then organise to pick up parcels the next day, half way there notified they are out for delivery, 2 seconds away driver wouldn't wait rude and arrogant saw him parked up and would hand over parcels because of GPS would mess up, apparently gonnna leave at post office, we will see. no customer service at all zero stars

On and off had packages delivered by Parcelforce over the years, always seem to have difficulties, most recent one enough for a review finally.They said they tried to deliver on 17th... I was in around back so couldn't hear when guy knocked (I know he did this as we have a camera doorbell I reviewed later) which is fine as I sometimes do this instead of ringing doorbell when meeting customers, anyway no answer, he then clocks our camera doorbell in a covert manner and drops in a card saying they will redeliver next day and heads off whereas at this point I would have looked for a bell I may have missed or rang the one I just surreptitiously clocked. Anyway still no package on the 18th, when I check today on the 24th now I have time to see whats going on and review our camera Parcelforce says it has tried to deliver to my address twice, I would say first time very very poorly and second time there is zero footage of any attempt by them to deliver a package, and now its been in Limbo until I can action things via a frustratingly slow automated service, they are either lying or incompetent, probably incompetent.Parcelforce seem to be a company that lives my the Maxim that follows Hanlon?s Razor.I would never recommend this company and will endeavour to never use where I have a decision in the matter.

Waited all day for my package only for them to tell me that it wasn't delivered as I wasn't home and their phone number isn't any help at all still trying to get my package

Shockingly poor service, said delivery attempted and card left but untrue and had too call several post offices to locate item. So much for 3 delivery attempts before they dump it randomly.

This is not a courier service- it?s a pick up service. Parcelforce ?attempted? to deliver our parcel yesterday even though we were in. Left no waiting card. Called parcelforce to be told they would try the next day but no guarantee. Today I received an email to say it was in delivery depot. Rather than wait indoors again we picked it up at the depot.

Ashley, the Supervisor at Gillingham, is the rudest, most disgusting staff member I have encountered. He is a disgrace to this company; if I could give a zero, I would. Why would anyone have to put up with such an obnoxious individual in a service department? I went to collect my parcel, and he criticised the staff members. I will not be using Parcelforce Gillingham any time soon

One star given because I cannot give a "minus" mark.Waited in now for two days for the delivery of a parcel.First day, I watched the interactive map, with growing excitement as the van got closer and closer - then a message came up about "inadequate address".I was watching out the front window - no Parcelforce van in sight.It was raining, so that might have been too much for "John" the driver.So, despite the house name being clearly displayed on the outside wall and, for good measure, being on a laminated sign in the front window that is only about 20 feet from the road, "John" found it too much of a challenge.18 minutes on the phone to customer services - registered my dismay. Was told the depot would call me tomorrow (today).No call but out of idle curiosity, I checked the website this morning and it was out for delivery."John" driving again - my heart sank.He's been sat at a wedding venue for the past three hours - no doubt enjoying the dancing now but no parcel delivered to me.Customer services - next to useless.Parcelforce - more like Parcel Farce.

Terrible service! Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. I went & collected my parcel because I needed it, box crushed, monitor damaged so had to be returned. One star for nothing

The worst customer service ive ever come across. Deliveries are never made on time if at all and most of the time you end up having to collect the parcel from the depot.
