Need to update website says updated today so traveled to here only to find out it's closed until summer with no date when or telling people the nearest open store
Otherwise this would of been a friendly staff shop ok might not have the item in store

Awful customer service, a lady called Christina was not friendly or helpful at all.
The shop was empty with only three staff members chatting, this particular lady named did not even bother to give a good service.

Fantastic customer service as always at this store . Cristina went above and beyond to assist me. Took her time to explain difference in chains and also assisted me in a great deal. No rushing answered a few questions I had.. Also assisted setting up account on mobile so I can collect points for purchases that I can use as cash towards another gift next time.A must for all ?

Had the best customer service with Carly at Hempstead Valley. She went above and beyond with my pendant engraving and purchase. If I could give her 11/10 I would. I don?t usually write reviews but this shop and this sales assistant definitely deserve it!

The manager was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked if I could use my 10% discount she said it wouldn?t make much of a difference and discouraged it. Poor customer service and attitude.

Staff were helpful and got me what I went in for quickly. She did seem distracted looking at other customers coming in but it was busy and I?m sure there?s lots to look out for.

Most of the staff were lovely and so helpful. However manager was abrupt to the point of rudeness and had no customer service skills. She was cold and left the impression that she didn't want to come out and answer any questions. It's a shame as without her the store would have received a 5. Still it's a lovely store, spotless and the rest of the staff are real treasures

I visited this store at the weekend and needed help to find 11 charms for the girls in my family in honour of my Dad that has recently passed away. Not only were the two sales assistants absolutely amazing, they were kind, helpful, confident in their work and genuinely really nice people. The manager was equally wonderful. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. I went back the following day to buy some more bracelets and charms. It is clear that the manager cares deeply about her staff and making sure they are fully supported. They are all the best representatives you could ever have for your store ?
