Not sure who set the opening times on Google but I wanted to make a payment in on a Friday around 16:15 and Google said this branch shut at 15:00 so I had to leave it until Monday; when I walked past on Saturday it said it shut at 16:30 Wednesday to Friday as well as Monday and Tuesday. I've changed the opening hours now.

It's New Year's Eve and they have two people to cover a queue that is nearly out of the door. Absolutely disgraceful. Went in there again today, Saturday 20 April. Nothing changed. Still disgraceful service from a cashier who couldn't care less.

I have always found the staff to be very good at what they do. Unfortunately some people feel that the staff are superhuman or are able to conduct tasks outside of their control. The only challenge I have is with the banking app. In branch it has always been good. Yes the waiting times can be slightly long but when being dealt with I have never felt rushed. Thank you Natwest gillingham staff for all that you do.

I couldn't take my money out because they couldn't track from where are comming (which acc). I don't understand where is my fault. I m not happy with them anymore and I will change the bank after 3 years . Not recommend natwest

NatWest has got to be the worst bank for waiting times, usually they have only one member of staff on the paying-in desk, at times they are having to deal with account or transfer issues which could be done at one of their other customer hubs.
The staff are normally very helpful and pleasant (thatâ??s why thereâ??s 2 stars).
This review is for all NatWest branches, They have all the modern tech but the delivery of service needs to be seriously reviewed.

Customer advisor was gossiping for far too long whilst another advisor was having to work through a large queue. Amongst the gossip she was ignorantly at ease laughing and joking about drink driving! Absolutely disgusting behaviour

The woman who serviced me today is rude and impatient. Didnt have the patient to help to service the prob. Definitely no Natwest anymore.
