Went into Nationwide Gillingham yesterday to sort out my ISAs etc and dealt with the branch manager. Embarrassingly, I?ve forgotten her name but she was absolutely brilliant in the way she showed great patience in going through everything with me and doing exactly what needed to be done. I thought the personal service from Nationwide had more or less disappeared but this lovely young lady proved me wrong. She?s a real credit to Nationwide.

Recently switched to Nationwide following the closure of Lloyds' branch in Gillingham. Danielle and the team sorted my account switchover and I've been very happy with the service since joining.

Lovely staff. There is great customer service provided here and it is great that the branch is still open (unlike many others on the high street unfortunately). Hope this remains the case!

Friendly helpful and it's nice to be able to go and see someone to sort things out twice I had trouble with the ATM MACHINE outside luckily you still have a branch to go into for help cheers and keep the branch open

I find it frustrating that the branch is not open when the majority of those in work would need to use it - on a Saturday. Opening 5 hours a day during the standard working week is of no use to most. Can't really comment on the experience as I can't get in!
