Never order using the app, always having issues and problems. Sometimes items have been missed out on orders put in. Great friendly staff though and very understanding. Can't beat the old fashioned way if queuing and placing orders as nothing gets missed or messed up!

The staff were doing a good job, It was very busy when i visited and whenever people got up and left staff had the table cleaned for the next person quickly, Shame others can't clean up after themselves. The car park design here is terrible it had a queue going out the car park and beyond causing problems for others. People were struggling to even leave the car park it's so hectic. Mc donalds ran alot better before all these deliveries started.

Usually is ok, however, after today?s experience, it was poor. Ordered a McDelivery, had many items missing, drove up to the establishment, and I felt like I was being interrogated to ask the my food I ordered. Why would I order a delivery to come all the way back for no reason?
I did take photos of what I ordered to verify.

If theres dips on the order put them in the bag!!
I?ve lost count of the amount of times dips have been missed off my order, even when the question ?do you want any dips?? is asked. very frustrating

Service is good but the food quality is hit and miss ...incase you're wondering why I bothered writing a review.
I found bluetack in my latte cup when I was pouring the left over out so you can imagine my surprise at how you can manage to get that in there and serve.
