I been today 17 August between 9:30 and 9:50 to take a breakfast, i make the order to the self order and i didn't get receipt ( por service first in the morning to don't check the machine if have receipt paper), after the order i wait my breakfast food. When i get the food was missing my breakfast muffin. I go back to let the staff know, the lady told me very rude she give me my order in front, i told her i even don't let Mcdonald when i realise something missing because i was seated to the table in front of counter!!!! She argued with me without checking nothing, i told her she can check the cctv...she keeps speaking rude ( poor customer service and rude staff)on the end she told me she believes i order a hashbrown but my question is if i order hashbrown why was not on my bag!!!! Never come back to this Mcdonald and strong recomend to don't come if you want to have a nice morning!!!!!

Rubbish. Poor attitude at service and got home to find one of the burgers missing. The burgers we got looked like they had been slopped together with no thought.

Unfortunately did not have any sauces that was not their fault! The restaurant itself is very small so mostly takeaway, food for half an hour before closing was a great which is all you can ask for from a McDonald?s, you can really get your fix haha!

My experience of the drive through always told to park up when waiting for an order the parking space that they direct you to is not big enough for larger vehicles you always feel like the car is going to get hit on the front

Ordered online and received the wrong food. Called the store and the lady on the phone was very rude. This store has completely gone down hill, all the staff are rude. Food portions are very small, items always missing and always cold

If it was possible to give this mcdonald?s a zero I would. The rather larger lady working on the drive thru handing out food (10th July, 10:40am) acted with her stomach instead of her brain. She was horrible when confronted by the fact she missed hash browns on our order and was calling me a liar in front of me to other workers, I find this disgusting and horrible if you can?t handle customer service at your big BIG age then simple just quit instead of making everyone else?s life miserable.
