Ive showed in marks since a child im 73 brought clothes food home accessories Hempstead valley head for marks wife wants make up no longer sell.it please tell me why then a coffee no staff no food sold out and now Mr marks and spencer you lost two customers who are. We two paying cash loyal customers well done no staff no goods no customers ? ?

Went in to food hall.and lingerie department. An assistant there went out of the way to find Julie who was very helpful in the lingerie dept. Great store very clean and friendly staff.

Cafe is still useless. Stupid computerised ordering system. Six machines but only three working. After queuing for a machine we find that most main meals are already sold out at 12:15 on a Saturday lunchtime!!!!
We went elsewhere.

I visited the Cafe today and was met with a new experience of making my order on a machine- usually I walk away as I can get rather confused and my order is quite specific.
I was surprised to be greeted by a member of staff who showed me exactly how to make my specific rather fussy order- she was friendly and personable - A credit to your company!
My son and I both enjoyed our carefully made drinks and when I asked for extra water they were happy to provide!
What a great experience, thanks to Sarah?s warm welcome and help to get started- we will return

This is probably the worst M&S cafe. They never seem to have the right amount of food prepared. They rely on self ordering on computer screens and due to the recent hack the machines are not working correctly and there is no back up such as manual tills with someone serving.

Decided to have lunch at the M&S café. Well! You now have to order on the screens. All very well if they work! Faffed about for absolutely ages trying to order,only to find that the card machine wouldn't accept payment..... Gave up and went to Greg's.

Wanted mens jumper which eventually we found after looking around. Three staff all hanging around chatting certainly saw us but too much trouble to help.
