Chicken and chips were cold, there were definitely way too many chips held for the number of customers and unless times have changed, kept way past the 5 minute hold time, and chicken seemed past the standard hold time too.
Staff were just stood at the counter talking and barely acknowledged us or another customer who was trying to pay, no offer for anything extra, sauces, etc at all. This isn?t a one-off experience either, the last 3+ times that I can recall (as I stopped bothering going for a while) have all been very poor.

Clean place. Staff were pleasant. Food well cooked but KFC doesn't taste like I remembered and quite expensive. Overall a nice meal.

Ordered a delivery from here and few weeks ago, had the order missing.
Decided this time to drive and collect so I could check the order. Counted what I thought were chips n corn on the cob portions that were correct. Also had boxed meals. These were missing chips and sides! Only had the chicken!
Only noticed when I got home and not worth the drive back. Always seem to get half of what we ordered. Won't be using them again!

I've had a mixed bag over the years. I updated my scores but forgot to change the review text so I'm doing that now following the owners reply.
My most recent was spot on and accurate. The food was good too!
This is the first time in a while that I'd used the drive through rather than order via a delivery service. The many orders through that service have been accurate and good was good. I used the drive thru because the previous evening the delivery company seemed to be having issues finding a driver and then blamed the restaurant for cancelling it which is entirely untrue. So I can't fault my local KFC.

Was told at the drive thru at 10.20pm that no fries were available. What?s the point of having the drive thru open an hour extra if you aren?t willing to cook any food? A speciality dish I could understand, but fries!?
