Went in today and brought some trainers and got to be honest the chap called Jack sorted me out and was very knowledgeable. Had a bit of small talk with him about Adidas trainers which was nice customer service. He was the only member of staff in the store that wasn't messing about and looked to be working.

Went for Job interview today and was told to fill out application form then waited for 50mins as was told a room wasnt ready. I helped a lady find kid shoes as there was no staff. A staff memeber said they were leaving bexy week and told me I seemed a nice guy, the manager was not interested and danced at the back of the store. Avoid at all costs.

Went into this store yesterday to buy some new trainers for my two daughters. Eventually found the very small kids section where two staff members were stood having a chat. Neither of them acknowledged me as a customer or even wanted to move out of the way so I could have a look at the trainers they had.
I work in retail and find it helps to actually acknowledge potential customers if I want to sell something to them. Maybe your staff could do the same.

Rude staff member with no customer service skills

I opted to collect my items and selected the option so noone else could collect it but me and a family member who I don't get along with was able to collect my item with a photocopy of my driving license. My email has gone unanswered after weeks so the review stands as a 1 star. Staff are always young and clueless and obviously managers don't train them as they should, I guess it's a lack of intelligence from the managers there.

Went to buy some shinguards..easy nope as English not 1st language .. girl asked what swim guards were ..said shin ..she said swim in the end had to give up..music is way too loud..get a headache walking in. But on a plus had no problems returning items purchased online
