I always find Icelands staff to have the best customer service skills. Especially the staff working the tills. Always ever so polite and professional. Thank you to all Iceland staff.

Had always got my bulk buy cans and party food in here but lately, the prices do not match the product !!
Sort it out Iceland, you were always the best value...
Now you've followed suit and it's equally as expensive as most supermarkets.

Honestly you?ll spend more time queuing than shopping? listening to disgruntled shoppers moaning.
Shame, as the food is cheaper than most places and much more choice on frozen products. Cheap drink deals and selected items.
Sadly the till situation just puts me off shopping here, as it?s a social chat or a tiresome ordeal depending on who?s queuing near you?
