“Stayed a number of times now through work who send us on training courses in Kent from North Yorkshire. The staff make this place and the managers are always avaliable for help with advice if needed ( they are usually working I any department to assist their staff). This Hotel could teach other hotels how to work as a team from the manager to the newest member of staff. Well done Premier inn keep up the good work. Definitely recommend to all.Rooms: Just what is neededFood & drinks: Tasty menu, not fine dining, but prepared well and presented well. The breakfast is not to be missed.Noteworthy details: The staff are so helpful over the number of times that I have stayed there, they could show many other hotels how to serve guests”

“Visited last week with my family. The hotel was spotless, there was loads of staff available to assist. Val on the middle floor helped my mum to the lift with her bags. Later on, Val helped us with directions to Dockside shopping centre. I appreciate the help given. Amazing hotel!”
