Absolutely awful, heard good things about hays so went into Hempstead valley to book a holiday to Thailand, walked into the shop where there was 2 free staff members having a chat amongst themselves and didn't even acknowledge that we were in the shop so we walked out and booked with tui in the shop opposite..

Very friendly and approachable staff, great with my toddler whilst we were booking which made the experience easier for us parents, very knowledgeable, no waiting around and booking appointments like tui. Great communication and always on hand to answer our questions, overall Dani took all the stress out of booking for us and covered everything meaning we could relax with every thing taken care of. She made the experience personal and took the time to find out exactly what we wanted, We will definitely use them again!

Went in to get info on prices and availability for potential holiday. Charlotte dealt with us and although we didn't end up buying our holiday through hays travel, I felt it necessary to praise them and especially Charlotte.We went in with very vague ideas as to what and where we wanted. Charlotte put us at ease and was very accommodating & accomplished.Overall, very helpful. Highly recommend using this establishment.A very good experience.

If you are thinking of booking a holiday, Charlotte is brilliant!After having a rude customer experience with Virgin Holidays, I wanted to see if Hays do holidays to multiple destinations and just wanted to find a quote.Nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, she spent her time looking at the best deals, including all the finer details (stars of hotel, food we wanted included).She is an absolute credit to Hempstead Hays!!

I had a first class experience with Hay travels at Hampstead. My family was attended to by Lauren , she is amazing and a very good marketer and good ambassador of the Hays travel.She helped us that we didn?t have to face any issue or problems at all for to and fro of out journey.We will surely patronising Hays travel anytime because of her good hospitality and caring.

Normally book our holidays online but decided to try hays Travel at Hempstead. Spoke to Holly who had only finished her training in July. She was pleasant to deal with and very helpful - still nervous obviously being new but did a fabulous job so keep up the good work Holly !! We will be back soon to book some more holidays for sure ????

Booked my holiday last year in February to go to Egypt with my partner and in laws this March. We booked separately from my in laws and asked to have the same holiday including hotel. We found out a day before flight that we had different hotels. We instantly contacted Hays Travel and staff member Kirsty was very helpful and helped us move hotel. Could not thank Kirsty enough as thought our holiday was not going to be great, but they made us have a wonderful time in Egypt. Loved every moment.
