the employees are disgusting, they always leave the online orders in the background, so the customers have decreased significantly. the attitude towards the drivers is completely beyond criticism

Greggs food is always great BUT they use Just Eat to deliver and they are useless beyond useless - ordered a breakfast , never arrived, your made the feel the guilty party but your still without your breakfast - Just Eats response, we'll get back to you in a few days - Young man at Greggs was really helpful but could almost do nothing
Bottom line - I never got my breakfast!!!!!!

Must have had issues with their heater.
Food under their glass screens were lukewarm at best. Soggy pizza. Hadn't even offered to heat up.

I asked to wait for a hot cheese and onion pasty as there was one cold one left told 6 mins and bought a sausage roll to wait. stood and waited and the same staff member after a while bagged the cold one to give to me. really unprofessional.flies buzzing all around inside. wont return.

Worst greggs in the Gillingham Postcode, part of my order arrived wrong, the bakes we're stone cold, the cold drinks we're room temperature. So I rang the store to complain and the manager was just patronising towards my complaint. Will never use again!

Normally good but i don't know what was up today. I popped in at lunch and all the food looked like it had been sitting there since they opened in the morning. Food was stale. How can they charge money for food that can?t even be eaten?

With delivery they put the cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food leaving the food to become cold. Shoddy.

Freindly and good customer service and the food is good for a quick lunch. Customer service could improve for example offering a bag or even to warm up food in this cold weather.
