Three months after having my Mums chair delivered it stopped working. Mum managed to herself out of the chair and called myself. When I arrived there were sparks coming out of the electrics. I disconnected the chair and still more sparks, yes I know it was the back-up battery gone wrong. I contacted Furniture Village who offered to repair it. When I said I wanted a refund they refused telling me to get legal advice. I AM THROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH FURNITURE VILLAGE...

Kami was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us where to find what we were looking for, provided coffee and left us to peruse. But was on hand when we needed help. We found exactly what we were looking for and Kami went through everything.

Everything arrived last week and we are really happy with it all. Great delivery experience, and the product quality is spot on. No issues.

We have been backwards and forwards to the Gillingham store in Kent over many months prior to our house purchase and all the staff have always been helpful to our browsing of different departments by offering advice and suggestions to our queries. They were always patient, approachable, knowledgeable and professional.
We were recently served by Tom in our search for fitting out our new lounge with the top of the range modern furnishings who was extremely helpful and ensured our purchases filled us with confidence and happiness.
We have recommended the store to family and work colleagues for their future purchases.

We recently purchased a new sofa from Furniture Village Gillingham which we then decided to buy more decorations for the living so popped back again. Tom greeted us with a smile and a welcome and helped us pick new cushions and a mirror to go with our new sofa. He was warm and patient and showed us a wide variety of options that we could pick from. We are so happy with the customer service and items from Furniture Village Gillingham.
