I rang and told the lady what flowers I wanted for my Dad's funeral-I'm in Essex so couldn't just pop into the shop. She did exactly what I asked for and the flowers looked even better than I had envisaged, even being delivered very early on the day too as I had asked. Very happy with the service received and would like to thank her so much for taking the stress out of a sad day

I was REALLY pleased with the funeral flowers, that I ordered from Kerry, recently. They were well worth the money, beautiful & very fresh. Nothing is too much trouble for Kerry. She is very caring & a true professional. I pulled up, on the pavement, outside the shop, where Kerry helped me to put the flowers in my car. Thank you very much

Every year I use this florist to send my great aunt flowers as I live 250 miles away, the lady is lovey and is great with customers. Her service is always very fast too. Within an hour and half my aunt had received her flowers and she absolutely loved them. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Friendly service but £25 for a very small boquet which consisted of mainly daisys im not impressed nor was the wife. First and last.

Went here a last week when needing flowers urgently and nearly didn't go in because of how the outside looked. So glad I did.The florist was a lovely elderly lady who had amazing customer service skills, the flowers were very reasonably priced compared to other places and the arrangment was beautiful down to the gorgous hand made bow on the front. She even advised me how to carry them properly. Thank you so much you are brilliant, will use again!!

Absolutely superb. Lovely person who knows her business , really good prices with no detriment at all to flowers or service. Seemed to know just what we wanted, really grateful for help and empathy that she gave us all. Would recommend without hesitation, in fact I do not live in the area, but she would still be my preferred florist.
