Fantastic, we have been in to Hempstead Valley shop on several occasions. We were initially met by Zoe, who is Fantastic, knowledgable and passionate about the items that they sell. Since our initial visit, we head for Zoe every time where we are met with a smile. Great shop, great staff, great products.

Walking into the store, I was greeted by Donna, who has helped me greatly to find links for a timeless Gucci watch I have.
She gave me information on what to look out for and potential sites to find them.
She?s a credit to her profession and really knows her stuff ?
She fitted the links for me and I can finally wear it with her help!

Wow what an amazing service ?
Popped into Earnest Jones today with my partner to have some links taken off a watch I bought my partner for Christmas ?
Was greeted with warmth and lovely smiles from Chelsea & Keeley.
Had a lovely chat with both staff members which is always great customer service.
The watch links were taken off in no time and was great to see they could provide this service on the spot.
They were delicate with the watch and it now fits perfectly.
I can't thanks Chelsea and Keeley enough, and this will now be my go to jewellery shop for anything I need.

Couldn?t fault the ladies in store, had an issue with my Tissot that I bought elsewhere, however they were very knowledgable and happy to help. The store was spotless and everyone was ultra friendly.

Zoe in the Hempstead Valley branch was so kind and helpful. I asked if she could take some links out of my watch and in less than 5 minutes it was done and free of charge. Whilst waiting I had a look at some of their rings, they were beautiful and very good prices too. I will definitely go back to that store if I need any jewellery.
