I?ve been mis sold a product in store.
I was upsold to switch my broadband, they quite frankly lied about various subscriptions which come with the package - none of which were true.
I was led to believe that with these subscriptions I?d be saving around £20-30 p/m as a result of the restrictions. Instead I?m paying £20 more.
They mentioned they would pay off Virgin as part of the switch so I would not incur costs. I?ve also incurred £100 charge to cancel this too.
Attempted to go back to store where I?m told they can?t do anything. EE over the phone also said to come in store.
If you?re looking for a product from EE - I?d suggest ringing as the calls are recorded. The staff are clearly targeted / rewarded which leads to mis selling.

Unwilling to help with the exchange of a brand new S25 ultra that was faulty. Then proceeded to lie about having any in stock. 'No new phones in stock to sell'!!

Just been in and the assistant no help from assistant.He said my Dad needs to produce a driving license or passport but my Dad has neither. He said he would have to phone customer service..He would not even look at his phone..I explained my Dad pays £5 a month and only gets 10p minutes. He said the best offer is £10 a month for 50p mins. I get a far better deal at O2. Thanks for no help..

I visited EE shop in Hempstead with the intention of getting a new broadband and phone contract having not used them before. The one man who attended to me as i walked in he was chatting to his fellow assistant . He remained seated and asked "yes " looking past me . I then stated i was a new customer looking for the latest info in proposed a contract with them . " he then said "hold on " and carried on chatting to his seated assistant . After 5 more minutes i was asked to sit , i did so. I had to go through all my details before he would give me any information . This was interrupted several times by other customers and staff , it was not busy .I asked for confirmation of the offer in detail by my e mail address with intention of consideration before commitment of that offer. I was told w"we don't send e mails , he then scribbled down some bit part illegible info on a bit of paper and handed it to me .you are correct i said thank you and walked out , not for me as a new customer in either clarity or attitude , the very first point of representation to a new customer , the adverts are clearly miss leading .

Recently visited store as needed some questions answered as I?m not technically minded. I spoke to a gentleman named Scott and asked if he could help. I asked my questions and he gave me the information I needed. My point I want to make is he made me feel uncomfortable and his attitude was that I was being a nuisance and taking up his time. I have never had a problem before in store as found everyone very helpful- on this occasion he made me feel that I was wasting his time. I hope if I ever have to go in store that I do not have him attending to me. His attitude is very poor in dealing with the public.

Truly amazing experience!I came up with a pessimistic approach to the store but Josh & Scott made the change!They were very friendly and professional in their job.Any questions were answered to my satisfaction and any doubts were explained clearly. The store itself is well organised and welcoming.If you want to get things sorted head to this store.

Ee has gone downhill much like most phones shops, staff have poor knowledge of handsets and current deals, constantly checking the website! I can do that at home, what's the point of you being there?
