We were greeted by Emma when we entered the store, very friendly. She advised us to use a machine to scan how we laid in bed and detemined the right mattress for me and my partner, (apologise, I can't remember the name of the machine). Emma went through all the different options of mattresses to choose from that met our budget. I was impressed with her knowledge when it came to find the best suit for us. Once we agreed on the one we wanted, she made us feel even more comfortable by making the finance process quick and easy and even got me and my partner a coffee whilst we went through it all. I have to say, quick, easy and to a high standard.
Thank you again Emma for helping us with everything 10 out of 10 service.

We had a wonderful experience at Dreams in Gillingham Retail Park 04/08/2025 with my Service User who has disabilities. The gentleman, Howard, went above and beyond to assist her in making the right choices for buying a new bed. He was extremely professional and prioritised her well-being, never making her feel that any question was too much. He even made her a lovely cup of tea, which she truly appreciated.

We visited the Gillingham store on 31st July 2025. As we walked in we were warmly welcomed by staff members. As we made our way around the store one of the sales assistants, Howard, approached us and offered help. He was very friendly, listened to our requirements and then suggested we use the ?bed test? machine. Howard then invited us to select our choice of pillows. Having done that he then showed us the recommended mattresses, inviting us to try them out, and the full range of bed bases, explaining the various options and the relevant prices. We were undecided about bed bases but we ordered a mattress. Howard offered us drinks whilst he completed the order, giving us the delivery date that we wanted. The whole process was very easy and quick. Shopping in the store was relaxed and pleasant. Howard was very efficient and friendly without trying to pressure us into buying. We intend to look around at bed bases to see what is available elsewhere but we may return to Dreams Gillingham and buy one of theirs.

Went to Dreams at Gillingham Busines Park in Kent served by Jamie. We went on the machine that shows what type of mattress that would be best for you. We were shown & tried out 3 mattresses in various price ranges. We then looked at Ottoman beds and we were able to make sure that we could open and close the beds. We chose the bed and mattress that we wanted and proceeded to order. Jamie explained everything about the mattress so we knew about the 100 days sleep trial etc, how to look after the mattress, we were even offered (and accepted) a very nice coffee. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the products, we were very pleased with the service we received.

We were greeted and served by Jamie today. We were offered the sleep match which really helped to choose the mattress required. He provided us with plenty of information on the various types of mattresses. We were not rushed, he was not pushy and answered any questions that we put to him. We were offered a drink. We found him to be very polite with some humorous banter - all in all an excellent experience. Would definitely go back for more purchases. He knew his products - thank-you Jamie

Jamie in the store was great. He listened to what we wanted. Give us some great advice and husband even had a hot drink. 10/10 service and would definitely go back to Jamie for another bed in the house.

I have had a really good experience with both the customer service and purchases from Dreams in Gillingham kent.
3 yrs ago, I purchased a themapur mattress and pillows and have never regretted it. I wanted a kingsize of the exact same mattress, therefore returned to the same store and received an excellent service from Emma from the sales team, and it was good to see the same Manager Gary there, still at the same store. Thank you guys for your service.

Bed expert was Jamie and I would like to compliment him on how good he was. He explained and helped us through the process from measuring for the correct mattress to the final sale. Once we had found the best type of mattress, he showed us various examples and talked us through the benefits of each giving us time to try them out, providing pillows to help with the experience. He answered all our questions and at no time did we feel pressured. We did buy a bed base and mattress and he gave us choice of delivery dates and what services were offered regarding assembly and taking away packaging also explaining what the cover for care of mattress was. All in all a great experience. Thank you Jamie.
