Popped in the first time in years and ordered some food,first off a problem with the bill when charged first for soda water at 90p a glass which in fairness was taken off but 2 glasses of water came off and the bill dropped £6.50 so not sure how that's worked out,ordered a gammon steak couldn't cut it with a normal knife so got a steak knife which wasn't much better very very dry and burnt in places,lasagne aswell come out with the garlic bread which we had too ask for again the lasagne was black all round onee edge aswell and the sauce was no exsistent,we complained and in fairness was offered a desert or drink so atleast we left in an ok mood

Popped in this evening for some food, was greeted by Matt and Owen from behind the bar... They were both very knowledgeable about the food menu and helped me accordingly.
Food was great and so was the service, both Matt and Owen were on the ball throughout my visit, cleaning tables and ensuring the place looked spotless!
Will definitely be returning soon.

Popped into Rainham Cricketers for lunch on Sunday the food was decent and the staff were very polite. Matt and his team made every effort to ensure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too troublesome and they went above and beyond to cater for our needs. For a Greene King chain you kind of know what to expect and what your going to get but I must say Sunday went above the norm.

Attended an untapped event at this pub on Friday 8th August and was initially impressed. Nice spacious pub friendly stuff then the competition started or personally it was a farce out of 6 advertised three turned up first of which took an hour to set up and performed for one hour after which they advertised their single which was against the rules of the competition then the second act were given less than ten mins to set up and were only given 25 minutes to perform. Third act was given a 40 minute set so clear favouritism shown towards the acts and then to top it off when voting was opened the acts were clearly told they could not vote for themselves yet the first act were allowed to vote and who I suspect was the manager was clearly seen allowing them to vote. As the votes were being counted I happened to see a poster on the wall wuth the act that won and voted for themselves were already being advertised so clearly competition was not a competition at all. Drinks were overpriced and fizzy drink was flat like it had been left on a counter for hours I dare not try the food as it looked far from appetising and all you could hear in the pub was abusive language and subpar behaviour from patrons and despite security being present nothing was done. An extremely substandard experience with a subpar evenings competitions due to clear favouritism

Nice pub with lots going on and a great selection of food and drinks. Matt and Lindsay were lovely at the bar and Dan's food was delish!
Will definitely be back to try more of the menu and maybe some karaoke.

Went for a family lunch and the staff were fantastic. Food was fast and everyone enjoyed their meals- Matt and Sandy were very friendly, helpful and great with the kids. Would definitely come again.

Came in today at lunch time and I can honestly say I left very very satisfied. I ordered the Salt and pepper chilli chicken, portion sizes were very generous and food was delicious. My girlfriend ordered the chicken shawarma flat bread and again was delicious. We also ordered one of the new specials the Mac and cheese loaded fries and they were just as delicious.
Overall an amazing experience with amazing staff! Special shoutout to Lou who was nothing but helpful and nothing was too much bother and even gave us some recommendations!
Will definitely be returning.
