One of the best costas i?ve been to. Service was very fast and the drink was well presented and not rushed. Good selection of cakes and sandwiches on offer. Staff were very polite and we appreciated their efficiency.
Vegetarian options: It?s coffee, I would be worried if there was meat in my coffee.

Just a "normal" Costa, nothing exceptionally good to report, but also no complaints.This store is inside a service station, and uses shared tables etc.Very busy, even on Christmas day.Parking: Free for two hours.

I called in for a d/expresso , and realised I was short of the full cost , i said to the young lady ?I?m short luv,, ? and the young lady said ?don?t worry, choose what you?d like and I?ll pay the difference ?How kind ? it was only 5p but she didn?t know. I didn?t get her name , but it was around 3:30 on 22/8 23 . Service ??

TOTAL CHAOS I WOULD NOT RECCOMMED THIS PLACE AT ALL. THE TOILETS WERE NOT CLEAN. YOU COULD SEE COB WEBS IN ALL FOUR CORNERS OF THE PLACE. THE COFFEE I HAD MADE BY AN OLDER MEMEBER OF STAFF WAS COLD BY THE TIME IT WAS SERVED

There was a lack of choice of cakes when we went. The service was pretty quick and staff were friendly. We were given our drinks which were tasty in disposal cups which was annoying as we were drinking in and other customers had proper cups.Seating area was clean but not large and didn't feel like somewhere you wanted to sit for long.

Visited last Saturday, spent over £25 days n a round of coffee. All coffee were watery, milk also tasted off. Couldn?t get back through on the phone on the day, rang again to discuss my lack of satisfaction. The manager refused to any requests and showed no customer empathy. This store is an insult to the Costa brand and I will not be returning again.

This costa has improved beyond recognition, new management new team with some great ones of old, one thing you get here is cleanliness and good service, food availability up, quality of coffee up, service 1000% better, well done Nichola and team, spot on ?
