Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Classy Nails & Beauty! The atmosphere was welcoming, the salon was immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I can?t wait to be back and I love my nails.

I visited classy nails on a Sunday as they were the only nail shop open. I asked them for French tips with a colour the man tried to charge me extra for a colour so the French tips were 35 plus the 15 for the colour in the end he tried to charge me £50 for a set of French tips! I understand that it was a Sunday but keep your prices the same as a weekday. The staff were also very rude and had no communication at all, a women came over and finshed the nails for me and she cut me and didn't apologise.

was desperate for sum fresh nails and i found this nail salon 10min from home in the middle of nowhere haha and Mai did a really great job. Parisian red nails achieved. Gel mani pedi professionally done. Really pleased with the service. Til next time????

I always use classy nails but will not be returning!! I asked for builder gel in which I thought this is what was on my nails! After a week all my nails were chipped and broken! My sister has builder gel and her nails are nice and strong mine were not!! I went to another salon to be told builder gel was not put on my nails after being charged this! Not only this I have a loyalty card in which I had money off when I got to the till funny enough all the rules had changed from using the points and couldn?t collect any further points due to booking online! Never heard this before and maybe you should make customers aware when booking what?s the point in having this system if you don?t like customers having money off! The lady was rude when explaining this to me! Not good service at all! Every appointment I?ve had im waiting 30 mins before I?m seen! Poor service and a customer lost!

Had a gel pedicure and manicure here and it was great. Really thorough and high quality finish. I really liked the attention to detail - my nails are well shaped and without filling underneath (which I've experienced at a different salon). Many colours choices and the massage chair just topped it off!
