Took ages for the carpet to come in, they then scheduled fitting with me, I took the day off work and then when I rang them to confirm what time they were coming they then told me they were not coming today. I took the day off work for these people who can?t even do a simple job.The guy I spoke to on the phone was called Jason, he ended up getting it rescheduled and overall he was helpful. Unfortunately I don?t know the name of the team member that messed me around originally.Offered me £50 ?good will? gesture but that doesn?t cover the money I lost from having to now take 2 days off work.*update I now know the person I dealt with was called Alex, so if you deal with him be aware that you can?t trust anything he says

We used Carpet Right many times in the past for carpets and flooring.This time we were refurbishing the whole house and needed to choose and fit floors and carpets. Jason from Gillingham Kent store supported us all the way from the first visit when we attended the store to choose flooring and carpets till the fitting stage.He helped us to buy the best quality and value for money stuff, advised on order, price and fitting.I had to come back to the store a few times to discuss the order and Jason always spent time with me explaining everything regarding our order.He made me feel well supported and confident about the fitting process.Excellent service! Terrible, don't bother. We asked for a carpet that was pet proof as we have 5 cats and were sold a carpet they assured us would be adequate. It was laid by their fitters in May 2020 and within a year was looking worse that our old carpet as it was clearly not pet proof at all and was being clawed by the cats.
