I went to service counter on Sun 15th Dec at 1pm to order food at the M2 Templepatrick Applegreen services in Northern Ireland and was served by a young foreign girl with a very poor grasp of English. I was very frustrating having to place my order with the language difficulty. My order number 9 went on the board as being prepared. My wife was having another meal from a different vendor and finished her meal while I was waiting for my very simple plain Burgerking meal for one. I watched on screen as orders placed after me were completed and still I waited. I went to the counter and asked where my meal was and was told to wait by another foreign member of staff. When I eventually got my very simple meal my wife had finished her?s, which is an indication of how slow the service was and they were not busy. Absolutely appalling service from Burger King yesterday. Never again.

Not enough staff, waited and was ignored for over 10 minuted to get some ketchup, gave up in the end. Asked to eat in however it was packed for takeaway.

You pay for accessories that are not provided, there is no one and you have to wait to be served, hygiene is under criticism, the tables are dirty. For a BK in England you can't even ask for more, and especially on the road. But BE CAREFUL with the orders.
Parking: For cars it is fine but for trucks there are few places and it is paid, except if you stop for no more than 2 hours, it is free.

Staff very friendly, food always cooked fast and super fresh, and whenever I have an issue (only happened on few occasions( have been offered a fresh batch or replacement.
