Well what can I say, absolutely disgrace, I took my hubby out for his birthday, food was cold, waitress spilt drink on table and walked off, leaving us to clean it up, waited 1 hour for dinner, A4 sheet on menu had nothing. Ended up with food poisoning. Gammon was watery and stack burger was dry, never again am I going to this place. Rude and so unprofessional

food was absolutely disgusting, ended up with food poisoning, we had gammon meals and a stack burger, gammon was very wattery, waitress was rude, spilt our drink into the table and walked off, left us to clean it up. had to wait nearly an hour, was given a list as soon as we walked In what food was unavailable nearly everything

Christmas Day Dinner.
Really couldn't find fault. Carvery was excellent, Veg cooked just to our liking, turkey was full of flavour and moist, spuds and snips were perfect. A real home cooked style Christmas Dinner.
Service was excellent - A highly recommended venue for a Great Christmas Day Dinner.

Staff was pleasant but not enough for the busy period as they was rushed off their feet.
Food was average to mediocre.
I am surprised how this place is still going.

Took the family for the Christmas festive menu meal .
They were rushed off their feet so our wait for food was very long and not very hot when it did arrive.
The staff were pleasant enough and helped our table of 15 as much as they could with its different requirements of food and drinks ie smaller glasses of coke for the children.
Decent size amounts of food on the plates and the options to buy extra sides if you want .
Vegetarian options: Good vegan choices
Dietary restrictions: They ask if you have any dietary restrictions
Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and a small play area outside
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for wheelchairs to get in and around

Treated to Xmas dinner by my elderly mother we was a party of 8
Spoke to the manager Holly in regards to the disgusting Christmas dinner and service we received on the day to only be laughed at and repeatedly told sorry my love
There was no professional manner about this person as you could hear her in the gaps laughing with other staff
Was told she would get someone to reply to my email and we are still waiting a response
The meal where can we start late seating then informed we hadn?t pre ordered our starters but we had to chase for them (forms were put in on November) prawn cocktail had no sauce bread had no butter had to ask for that too
Next the main meal meat was horrible and not hot turkey was served in a dish of water
Vegetables were solid and cold and could honestly cause damage the potatoes were as if they were warmed up in a microwave and just left
Staff behind the food counter were not festive at all it was as if we all was an inconvenience to them
The woman behind the counter was bouncing around shouting she needed a wee (just got then you wasn?t needed)
None of the food was warm it was cold
Dessert well that was a disaster most the party had the crumble which most enjoyed lucky for them Christmas pudding well let?s just say one of our party will never touch a Christmas pudding again it looked as if someone had enjoyed themselves over it and right next to was a hair let?s say that was left untouched and sent back the same way
Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy for a meal if you got a chance to cancel your meals I would recommend doing so.

This place deserves zero stars
I have never been in a place as disgusting as this and I would warn anyone before choosing to eat here
We had our Xmas dinner here and let just say the whole table was disgusted it ruined our day
We was booked in for 5pm and it took them over half an hour to get our table sorted once we was seated it took another half hour just for the starters and yet we had to get the servers to find out what was going on only to be told we didn?t pre-order the bloke refused to take the right name for the reservation must have been drunk
The food was terrible cold and it was as if it was all warmed up in a microwave also the turkey was swimming in some really nasty water tasted as if it was frozen there was also hair in the food
Most the party never ate their food because of this
The restaurant staff also have a terrible attitude towards people not one person left that place raving about it
I wouldn?t be surprised that they have had to deal with a load of complaints

Pre booked our Xmas meal here as I was working Xmas day so didn?t have time to cook, our meal was booked for 5pm but didn?t get taken to our table till 6pm, staff were unbelievably miserable, no smiles or Xmas atmosphere at all! We then waited at our table and no one came to us, so had to ask someone if our food was coming to which they asked if we pre ordered as had lost all our information! No apology just left us to then get someone to redo our order! We then waited another half an hour for our food so finally started our meal at around 6.45pm, food was tasty but service was the worst I?d EVER had!
We really felt uncomfortable and was made to feel like we were an inconvenience, we paid a lot of money and will never be returning! Staff could at least pretend they wanted to be there! ?

Service was very slow. Hardly any staff. Wasn't busy considering the time we went early in the evening. Unfortunately, the gammon was burnt, and the chips weren't cooked enough. Don't normally have any issues, but was a bit disappointed today

Atrocious food establishment. Should be called the Horrible Pilot. We had a Xmas gathering here, and the food was stone cold where we waited for around 2 hours between starter and main meals. It was not very busy, so there was no excuse for the delay! Staff serving were apologetic but will not be returning. A lot of people were paying and leaving. Would not refund, only offered free drink. Very poor. Disgusting!

Dull atmosphere, very moody staff :( food-not sure if I can describe. Good i was so hungry otherwise I probably would not touch it. Well garlic mushrooms tastles burned on old oil, steak medium rare ,I could easily use as a hammer. Hard and burned on the outside. God the worse food I ever had. No wonder restaurant/pub was almost empty on Friday night. Wow I don't think I will be back, ever. Shame as it could be a nice place.
