Today, my retired pensioner father was frogmarched around the highstreet by the manageress after he had been overcharged for his recent purchase. She attempted to price check against other shops, for some reason, and when proved wrong, blatantly added lying to her repertoire, saying that all shops were infact selling the item at half price... rather than acknowledge her refusal to adhere to the 3for2 policy at boots with their advertised pricing. After this, she stormed off and left him standing in the street... such care for their customers.

Last couple of times had totally the wrong amount of tablets, picked up and was short by half than it said on the box and it was signed and checked I should of got 14 but recieved 7 with it saying 14 on the label either someone is putting them in there pocket of just can't count.

My husband bought a bottle for baby feeding (Tommy tippee)and he bought by mistake wrong size, we didn't even wash the bottle (new,fresh) and they said they can't even change it and it was £8.49 (expensive for me).

Wasted journey and money for parking. I was sent a text to collect order and the store is closed. No signs and no updates online about opening hours. No one ever answers the phones pointless to call.

The security were late to open the door and let customers in. He seemed to tail my 4 year old like he was a criminal and was eager to let me know that he was looking at items on the shelves. Once we had paid and were leaving, I noticed he we was very enthusiastically helping a young female customer, even offering to hold her basket for her.

Only gave it one star as zero stars is not an option. Booked flu jabs on line for 11am on Saturday. Stood in the queue at the pharmacy after the security guard followed us to the queue. Was ignored for 15 minutes whilst one person served and three other people hid begin the counter until eventually, a blond woman, who was clearly huffy about serving the public, commenced being rude and blunt with customers and decided to do some work. We said we were there for our flu jabs, to which they stared blankly at each other, saying jabs don't start till October even though we had a booking! Walked out, hoping this is one of the 300 stores being shut. No wonder they are in trouble with staff like this!

Worst Boots ever! 4 online orders placed for prescriptions, 4 prescription ?not received by us, we don?t have what you need aaaaand it?s your fault?. They actually blame you for ?not placing the order right? when they say they didn?t receive it although it has been confirmed over the phone with the online team that the order was sent.Pharmacist talks down to you and is clearly discriminative ??After returning to the pharmacy 2 days in a row and calling them to make sure they ordered the prescription, the second visit still no prescription because ?system issues and we can?t give it to you?. How did they give the person in front their prescription in that case?! Ah right, it?s almost closing time so no one wants to work in the last 15 minutes.Every time an online order is placed here, no exception, they never ?received it? and it?s your fault as a customer. NEVER AGAIN ??
