Warmly welcomed, everytime I go I am so satisfied by the work they do here (I go for hot wax)! The owner is amazing, she uses quality product and she takes time for her clients. She and her colleagues will treat you well you can be sure of that. I definitely recommend ?.

I highly recommend going here for waxing and pedicures, 10/10 service. This was my first time going to a waxing shop and the service did not disappoint. Ritu (the waxer) was extremely gentle and very talkative towards me to distract me from the pain which I appreciate. The prices are very affordable and it is easy to book an appointment so it easy to access. I was initially going to just do a wax but I ended up getting a pedicure as well which was relaxing. You should definitely go here if you want a comfortable and calming experience.Services: Body waxing

Staff are not friendly or welcoming, and often have a rude tone when speaking to customers.Threading service has gone down hill drastically. It's rushed and often some areas aren't even threaded at all, and if you're lucky they won't get rid of a chunk of your eyebrows.Would not recommend.

Terrible place my daughter had eyelash extentions the next day her eyes puffed up swollen and hardly see called to have them removed and told it would have to be 2 days later not professional what so ever no patch test done the staff were very rude and arrogant. Would highly recommend to never have eyelash extentions at this salon. Would never go here again

Best place in Gillingham to get your wax done? I?m always terrified of Brazilian wax but I walked in here and the experience was amazing. I mean I didn?t scream to the high heavens while having my Brazilian wax done. Staff are polite and friendly and most importantly, prices are affordable too. I guess I?m a repeat customer now?
