Friendly, efficient and helpful. They were not pushy, left us to look around until we were ready with questions. answered any queries we had and told us what was possible with the property layout. We are so happy with our purchase. I haven't had a good night sleep in years until our new bed was set up. Thank you so much for your help.

Upon entering, Odette greeted us and asked if we needed any help, following up that we can ask any questions we may need.
A few queries later and we decided on a mattress, bed and headboard and purchased through Odette, who ensured we got the best value for the products we purchased. She was extremely helpful, especially as we purchased a few minutes after the store was scheduled to close.

Nice staff, the company and the finance company they use are pretty useless though, tried getting a mattress financed for over a month for both companies to tell me the same thing that it was the others issue, ended up cancelling the order in the end

Nothing was too much trouble for Richard. This gentleman stayed over an hour past his shift to make sure we got everything that we needed. After visiting several bed shops over the last week, we left Richard with an order for a bed, mattress and bedside tables. Thankyou

Had great service in store from staff, however delivery was changed 3 times, waited 3 weeks extra with no guarantee of a delivery. Eventually cancelled bed and went with another well known company who delivered within 8 days! The stars are for the staff in store at Gillingham.

We had a bit of trouble putting the bed together (Rhea Otterman TV bed) however the OOH?s contact team were so helpful.
We spoke to a lovely lady on 30/07/2024 at the Huddersfield?s branch (sorry did not catch a name), who pointed us into the direction of your installer Adam. Both beyond helpful and allowed us to finish building the bed , giving us a bed to sleep on that night. These team members are such credits to the company.
Good price for an otterman bed including the new TV and very happy with the quality. We have however gone elsewhere for our new mattress. This is simply due to preference and a brand that Bensons do not offer.

Plenty of notice regarding delivery, plus a call from the driver advising when he was half hour away. Both guys were polite and operated with dual diligence. Very happy.
