I discovered this place after joining the JD gym nearby. It's one the best cafés to sit and enjoy a nice break. Their food is always fresh, the huge choice of muffins taste amazing and the place/tables are always clean. Absolutely fantastic staff, all of them are attentive and lovely..?

Bakers and Baristas is hands down one of the best local spots around. The service is consistently five-star ? every single member of staff carries themselves with a sense of pride and ownership that?s rare to find these days. You?re always greeted with a warm welcome, and the atmosphere is spot-on: friendly, relaxed, and full of good energy.
The management is also a big part of what makes this place special. Marzena leads the team with genuine care and professionalism ? it?s clear she sets the standard for the exceptional service and consistency you get every time you visit.
Special shoutout to Shams, the barista who makes hands down the best coffees around. Perfectly made every time ? rich, smooth, and exactly how you want it. You can tell he takes pride in his craft.
I?ve never had a bad experience here ? not once. The food is always fresh, well-presented, and delicious, and the coffee? Top-tier. Whether you?re grabbing a quick takeaway or sitting in for a catch-up, the quality never drops. You can tell they care about what they do ? and that makes all the difference.
It?s more than just a coffee shop ? it?s become a part of my weekly rhythm. Good coffee, good laughs, and great people. Highly recommend.

Absolutely splendid cafe with a warm, kind atmosphere and the food was fresh and delicious. The cakes are perfect and it?s a wonderful place to come after school or work to calm down and revise for anyone in exam season. The salted caramel latte is my go to and it never disappoints!! I highly recommend!!

We popped in for lunch with a couple of friends and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
We all had a different paninis and they were delicious! We also had muffins, the selection made it difficult to decide! Fererro Roche, Victoria sponge, rhubarb, too many to list. And they were on special offer too!
Well worth a visit!

Not a place for vegetarians. The staff is ever careless and not at all empathetic. They served pepperoni to a vegan. And when asked they did not respond properly. Attitude is the problem.

This is my favourite coffee shop in Gillingham. The coffee is excellent and the muffins as well as paninis are so tasty and high quality. Each time we visit the staff are so friendly and the barista's are incredible!
