Disgraceful serviceInexperienced people who cannot take an order and told to ring back ?Phoned back and was told I was ordering incorrectly by a new unhelpful member of staff and I asked her to delete my account t and my card details as I will go elsewhere where they know what they are doing and she polite and helpful.

It's a quick service great cheap prices on many items and products. However they do need to open up for longer hours since its business owners and many close around 6. Plus staff are a bit on and off you know what I mean. They all look depressed. A smile would make everyone day. I have visited other cash and carry type places and they would tend to offer hot drinks at the entrance sad that it's not happening here but maybe in the future.

A so called ""wholesaler"" that lets a select few of certain local people in that don't even own a business, and several managers that would make Laurel and Hardy look clever. Rubbish old Fruit and Veg on sale that has seen better days, and hundreds of items on sale that are cheaper to buy in your local supermarket. How this place is still running amazes me. Vote with your feet and visit the other large wholesaler in Rochester and compare the prices and service .

Staff great . Prices good. Sorry though you have the worst queuing system ever.surely you should prioritise the people who are waiting with there trolleys instead of the untended trolleys just sitting there. Seriously thinking of using competitor's unless this improves
